For those who master the English language and wish to settle elsewhere in Canada, but not in Quebec, Canada will welcome them if they meet the following conditions:
 
- Be between 18 and 55 years old.
- Have a compulsory university diploma, such as: Baccalaureate, higher technician, a license, a master's degree, a doctorate, etc.
- Have at least four years of recent work experience.
- Have an excellent knowledge of the English or French language as your first language of use.
- Have sufficient (but not obligatory) knowledge of French or English as a second language of use.
    Canada has two official languages: French and English.
- For married candidates, the spouse must have at least an educational level equivalent to the license (Bac + 2).
